Envision Cooperative is looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to be based at the Rugby Office location. The AP Specialist is expected to efficiently maintain an accurate, up-to-date set of records and have required information readily available to the finance manager and department managers in order to increase the overall efficiency and profitability of the company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, entering and processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments, prepare and submit 1099s, manage accounts payable processes for the company, and provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and the Rugby Office Staff.
